Adverse Actions

Pending complaints represent unproven allegations.  On investigation, many complaints are found to be without merit or not of sufficient seriousness to merit disciplinary action against the licensee and are dismissed.

The Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (Board) has legal authority to impose probation, suspend or revoke a certificate, refuse to issue or renew a certificate, issue an order of censure or impose a civil penalty not to exceed $500.
