The laws and rules contained in this section govern licensure and renewal requirements, the complaint process and the disciplinary process used when a licensed professional violates professional practice requirements.

This page is provided as a service to foster voluntary compliance with laws and regulations.  Reasonable effort has been taken to ensure its accuracy, however, users are reminded that the only official printing appears in the Arizona Revised Statutes, which are available in most Arizona libraries, and at the Secretary of State's office which publishes the Arizona Administrative Code (rules).
