Given feedback during the rulemaking process, the Board has decided to withdraw the current rulemaking package and work closely with the Governor’s office to develop a more comprehensive rule package that will add additional public protections. Thus, the recently proposed rules will not be going into effect and licensees will be kept posted on future proposals. Please see Board minutes from July 31, 2023.

Please review this letter from our Executive Director that contains important updates and reminders from September 24, 2021.
